The maximum working pressure design margin of the safety valve is too small. The setting pressure of the safety valve of the medical device is ≤0.23Mpa, while the maximum working pressure of the safety valve is only 0.24Mpa. As the use time of the device increases, this pressure often needs to be adjusted to the maximum working pressure of 0.24Mpa. The working pressure of the device design drawing is 0.23Mpa, and the Quality Supervision Bureau does not allow this pressure to be exceeded during the annual inspection.
